Redesigning the Spotify onboarding experience to align user’s expectations with reality.

For my Research Methods class, we were given a design prompt that would form the basis of a semester-long research project. My group chose to redesign an element of Spotify to better enable user focus. While our final deliverable ended up a long way away from where we began, I learned so much about the design research process that will be instrumental in my career.
